India Tour (leh-ladakh)


Ladakh is a tourist place in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir that currently extends from the Siachen Glacier in the karakoram range to the main great Himalayas to the south,inhabited by people of Indo-Aryan and Tibetan descent.Every year ladakh attracts the no of tourists.

1:-Pangong Lake:-
The beautiful, famous and sparkling blue Pangong lake is situated near Leh-Ladakh in the Himalayas, approximately at the height of 4350 meters. This endorheic lake is 12 kilometres long and extends from India to Tibet, with two-thirds of it lying in the latter. Owing to its altitude, the Pangong Lake temperature ranges from -5°C to 10°C as a result of which it freezes completely during winters in spite of its salinity. A unique feature of the lake is that it does not remain blue throughout the year or even the day, rather it changes colours from azure to light blue to green and grey too.

2:-Khardungla Top:-
The world's highest motorable pass (18380 ft) Khardung La belongs to India is enough to feel proud. Border Road Organisations project Vijayak keep this pass secured and open for citizens. At this altitude. with thin air and snow around, it becomes difficult to breath.After reaching khardungla top you will realize the worth of your trip, its peaceful with cold , Surrounded by himalayas Mountains .highest Motorable road.

3:- Magnetic Hill:-
    Located at a distance of 30 km from Leh city on the Leh-Kargil Highway is a small stretch of road that defies the phenomenon of gravity. The reason is the magnetic hill that pulls stationary vehicles upwards. Famous as the Magnetic Hill in Ladakh, it is a major tourist attraction in the valley and a perfect pit-stop for tired riders moving on the highway.

4:- Nubra valley:-
     Nubra Valley, once on the trading route that connected eastern Tibet with Turkistan via the famous Karakoram Pass, is the most recently opened area of Ladakh. Nubra invites you to a trip back in time into a nearly forgotten 'Shangri La'. With breathtaking views and delightfully hospitable inhabitants, it is quite an experience.

5:- Shanti stupa:-
     Shanti Stupa in Leh is one of the magnificent Tibetan structures that has ever been built. The architecture and the beauty of this place are unexplainable. Shanti Stupa is a white-dome structure dedicated to Buddhism. This brilliant edifice stands atop a steep hilltop at a dizzying height of 11,841 feet above sea level. This dominating altitude of the Stupa allows it to offer picturesque views of its beautiful surroundings and hence, draws the attention of thousands of tourists every year.

6:- Sangam:-
    One of the most arresting moils of nature in Ladakh is Sangam, the confluence Indus and Zanskar Rivers. Nestled between the stunning mountains of the cold desert, there is a vantage point at about 35 km from Leh near the village of Nimmu, on the Leh to Srinagar Highway, where the picturesque Sangam of these opulent rivers can be witnessed by travelers.
