1:-BARA IMAMBARA:-
Bara Imambara was constructed by Asaf-ud-Daula, who was the Nawab of Awadh and the imambara is also called as Asifi Mosque. It is a great example of mugal architecture and art . Interesting fact is that the hall of the bara Imambara is largest curved hall in the world. There is a maze called bhul bhoolaiya where tourists are suggested to go with a guide .
2:-CHOTA IMAMBARA:-
Chota Imambara is also called as palace of lights . It was built by 3rd Nawab of Awadh, Muhammad Ali Shah. It is near to Bara Imambara . It attracts tourist with glorious interior decoration and great marble work . The Imambara id dacorated with lights on special occasions.
3:-LUCKNOW ZOO:-
This Zoo is also known as Nawab Wajid Ali Shah Prani Udyan and its original name was 'The Prince of Wales Zoological Garden'. The zoo covers 29 hectares of area and it have almost 1000 aminals of more than 100 specie. Tourist can discover animals like Chikara, Blackbuck,Indian Rhino,Bengal Tiger, Leopard etc.
4:-RUMI DARWAZA:-
Rumi Darwaza is constructed by Nawab Asaf-ud-Daula in 1784 to 86 . It is said that the Rumi Darwaza is identical to a monument in Turkey that is why it is called Turkish Gate. The gate is 60 feet in height and it has adorable architecture.
